"When I first came to Karen my posture was way out of whack, my shoulders hurt and the range of motion in them was very limited. Over a period of 7 or 8 sessions she improved my posture so that now it is perfect, she has gotten good improvement in my shoulder range of motion and the pain in my shoulders is a lot less. Yesterday I did some house cleaning that required me to work with my arms above my head for long periods. Not only could I do it but it didn’t hurt at all. As I have had this shoulder injury for over 2 years this is an amazing thing.  I am extremely impressed with Karen’s skill and ability and I am so happy to see such marked improvement in my body."
