Charges will be calculated using the standard House Call Rate Sheet.
Charges will be rounded to the nearest dollar and deducted from the Pre-Pay Account.
When the account balance reaches at or below $250, a written request will be made for additional funding of the account. The rates used will be the published rates at the time the account is funded. If the rates are increased, and the account has a balance, the account is not affected
by the new rates until it is newly funded.
