Welcome
My goal is to provide you with an atmosphere that is both relaxing
and comfortable. A place where you may receive soothing, healing and recuperative benefits from massage. You and
your family will find relief from life’s muscle aches, pains, ailments, stresses, and injuries. Your family will
find relief from life’s muscle aches, pains, ailments, stresses, and injuries.
I incorporate a variety of massage techniques to meet the needs of the body's healing
treatment. I am certified in Basic Swedish Massage, Relaxation Techniques, NeuroMuscular therapies (myofascial
release, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, positional release) and Sports Massage. I also offer Hot
Stone Massage and Body Treatments (cellulite reduction, anti-aging, non-surgical body lifting and reduction, detoxification).
Massage does not replace the need for medical attention.
Massage therapists do not diagnose medical problems or manipulate bones. Always tell me if you have a medical problem,
even a minor one. There are certain situations in which caution should be taken when receiving massage and bodywork.
Massage and bodywork can help reduce chronic pain; reduce swelling; improve posture;
loosen tight muscles; improve muscle and skin tone; speed recovery from injuries and illness; increase joint flexibility and
range of motion; strengthen the immune system; increase blood and lymph circulation; lower blood pressure; reduce stress;
promote better sleep; and provide a feeling of well-being.
