Your Massage Session

The client has responsibilities.  They are:

* Complete your client history/intake form on your first visit.

* Keep me informed of any changes in your health.

* It is a good idea not to consume a large meal, sugar, caffeine, or other stimulants before your session.

* Arrive on time for your session (it is a courtesy to give at least 24 hrs notice if you must cancel an appointment, and you will be asked to pay for any appointments missed without notice).

* Be sure to turn your cell phone off and put away the pager.

* Practice good hygiene for your massage session.

* Wear comfortable clothing.

* Remove jewelry.

* Towel or sheet draping will be used.

* Drink lots of water after your massage to help prevent feeling lethargic from toxins released by your massage.

* You may experience increased energy and relaxation along with pain relief.

* But most importantly take occasional deep breaths.

* Relax and enjoy.

~~ Massage therapy is a healing art. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of your session. ~~
